We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards, cash and checks with a valid ID. We accept many insurance plans as well as Medicare and are Preferred Providers for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If we aren't contracted with your insurance carrier, we often can provide a courtesy submit and send you a timely refund when they pay your claim.
Hours of Operation
| Open 7 days a week. Monday-Friday: 9 AM – 8 PM Saturday-Sunday: 10 AM – 5 PM Holiday Hours Except for Christmas day and Thanksgiving Day, we are open every holiday for about 4-6 hours (usually 9 AM – 2 PM). Call us for any exact holiday hours. |
